How do we achieve joy?

• Focus on God's promises and fill yourself with His word

• Maintaining a connection with God: In 1 Thessalonians 5:17, the Apostle Paul exhorts us to "Pray without ceasing."

• Confess our sins

• Have fellowship with other Christians regularly

If we want to have and feel that joy within us, we must have a connection with God and be filled with the Holy Spirit so that we may live as God has always intended for us.
